How pricing works
We measure the standard roofline and charge $8 per linear foot. Every job has a $700 minimum.
A 150-foot roofline is $1,200. A 60-foot roofline comes to $480, so it's billed at the $700 minimum.
Homeowners, HOAs and businesses all pay the same rate.
What's included
Free design mockup. You see your home lit before you pay.
Installation. Custom-fit to your roofline.
Maintenance all season. If a bulb goes out, we fix it.
January takedown. We take everything down after the holidays.
Storage. We store your lights until next season.
Full white-glove service. You never touch a bulb.

We're booking installs through November 15.

How do you measure?
We charge by the linear foot of standard roofline. The free estimate gives you the measurement and your total before anything is installed.
Is there a minimum?

Can I see the design before I commit?
Yes. Every job starts with a free design mockup for your approval, so you know exactly what to expect.
What happens after the holidays?
We take the lights down in January and store them for next season. Takedown and storage are included.
